Our services are available in Brockville, Prescott, North Augusta, and surrounding areas in Eastern Ontario. Service availability may vary by location and will be confirmed during the quote process.
Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, e-transfer, or cheque. Automatic payment options are available for regular customers.
Refunds for unsatisfactory service will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be provided for services already completed to satisfaction.
Services are typically performed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Specific scheduling will be arranged based on your preferences and our availability.
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to service areas. This includes unlocked gates, clear pathways, and notification of any hazards or special instructions.
Service may be adjusted during statutory holidays. Customers will be notified in advance of any schedule changes.
While we take every precaution, customers are responsible for securing their pets during service visits. We are not liable for pets that escape or are injured due to unsecured access points.
All waste is disposed of in accordance with local environmental regulations. We use professional-grade equipment and follow proper sanitation procedures.
Regular service can be cancelled with 7 days written notice. One-time services can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.
Poop Swoop's liability is limited to the cost of the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and customers will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
